Job Description
We are looking for the Manager | CRM for the East Asia region. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is inspired by the built environment and would like to grow in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that values innovation and creativity.
With your knowledge of project engineering procedures and client management systems, you will turn our existing customer relationship programmes into market best practices and develop our systems to efficiently second our business needs. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work with senior leaders and recognized experts across Arup’s various lines of business.
What will I do?
- Work closely with Regional CRM Leader to support CRM development as per business requirements in the region
- Drive and oversee the CRM use within the East Asia Region in line with the firm’s business needs
- Ensure and promote data quality and best practices from a regional perspective
- Work with Global and other regional teams on CRM enhancement projects
- Deliver analytical reports and dashboards to stakeholders
- Communicate about systems updates across region. Prepare and update training materials as necessary, undertake training & live demos to users
- Monitor data regulations and compliance rules over the region
- Degree holder in Business or technology-related field (IT, engineering etc.), or equivalent
- At least 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM applications
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, and ideally in PowerBI
- Experience as business analyst or data analyst is preferable
- Knowledge of Arup and/or general commercial project procedures is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including meeting skills and presentation skills
