Duties:

• Provide solutions and support to the warehouse management systems for warehouses in Hong Kong & China
• Assist to design and coordinate the integration of WMS to customer systems including ERP and OMS for wholesale, retail and eCommerce operations
• Escalating issues resolution to Italy IT Team
• Assist to gather and document requirements and perform analysis for change requests
• Assist to perform the unit test, system integration test and user acceptance test
• Assist in ad hoc assignments

• 1-2 years of relevant workign experience
• Hands-on experience in WMS
• Proficient in MS SQL
• Experience in SSRS or other reporting tools
• Understanding of basic EDI and API functions
• Recent graduates with high caliber is also welcome as Trainee
