Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform Bulky Document Scanning, Data Input, Filing and upload the scanned documents to system
- Regular Reports Generation
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
- 4 days at Shatin; 1 days at Quarry Bay
Requirements:
- Secondary education or above with at least 1 year administration experience
- Self-motivated, well-organized and attention to details
- Able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility
- Good time management and communication skill
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
- Good command of written and spoken English and Fluency in Cantonese
- Immediately available is preferable.
