Responsibilities:

• Design wireframe and high-fidelity User Interface (UI) and Experience (UI) mock-ups based on user requirement and explain the specification to IT engineers
• Manage the application becomes alive and enjoyable for internal and external clients to use
• Closely work with the Project Manager and Business Analyst on the product vision and roadmap
• Collaborate with the Business Analyst in user requirement gathering and ensure the solution offers to user experience
• Perform UAT with end users and collect feedback to enhance on UIUX design
• Quality assurance on the technology solution to ensure the output are in line with UIUX specification
• Provide regular updates to the team and business stakeholders
• Participate in Group-wide efforts to refresh the branding guideline with UIUX peers and Marketing department
• Provide support to senior management to achieve KPIs and ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• Degree holder with 3-5 years of experience as UIUX specialist in digital projects from Banking & Financial Institutions but welcome candidates from Agencies and Consultant
• Solid experience in Agile project methodology
• Familiar with industry standard UIUX design software, able to create a virtual Apps is highly prefer
• Out-of-the-box thinking and confidence to raise new ideas
• Candidates who enjoy to tackle issue and set of problems
• Strong communication skills and proactively work with business stakeholders
• Fluent/Native in English, additional language skills will be an advantage
