Job Responsibilities

• Identify and design business processes for company’s applications
• Analyze and translate conceptual user requirements into system requirements as well as getting the business requirements alignment between business units and IT
• Acquire thorough understanding in business workflow and provide constructive IT solution to business users
• Responsible for business requirement document, system interfaces, reporting and participation in all phases of system development life cycle
• Setting up, testing, and monitoring automated workflows to ensure that business processes function at optimum efficiency without risk of error
• Collaborate with multiple business team members to ensure proper implementation and integration of the solutions
• Liaise with vendors for project implementation

Job Requirements

• University degree holder in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines
• Over 3 years IT relevant work experience in a role of developer and/or business analyst
• Experience in RPA and related technologies would be a big advantage
• Acquisitive, capable, and willing to adopt new technologies
• Understanding of workflow-based logic
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese, fluency in Mandarin is a plus
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Business Analyst
