Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals and quality services to sales on group business to foster healthy retention and business growth
• Handle quotation request with underwriting team on pricing review and group policy service team on policy issuing
• Maintain the sales support hotline. Handle and respond to inquiries and requests from internal and external partners/ customers
• Deliver regular / ad hoc reports to monitor the sales and retention performance
• Give suggestions for streamlining operational procedures, increasing productivity and enhancing operational control
• Work collaboratively with internal and external counterparts to support any initiatives or new services
• Handle general clerical tasks
• Put fair treatment of customers at the heart of what you say and do. Be courageous and speak up if you believe our products or services do not deliver what we have led our customers to expect
• Be accountable and take ownership for ensuring you are familiar with all regulatory requirements that fall within the remit of your role and comply with them at all times. Seek guidance if you need support understanding your regulatory requirements. Notify, without delay, any potential or actual breach of regulation
• To maintain governance and control requirements, ensuring all internal governance requirements are met, including full compliance with all policies, audit actions, monitoring actions and risk appetite 

Qualifications, Training and Experience

• Professional qualifications in Insurance (IIQE Papers 1 and 2)
• Experience in the insurance or banking industry
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Good in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS office, particularly in MS Excel
• Good team player. Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer service oriented, able to work independently under pressure
• Accuracy and thoroughness in work. Good sense of risk control
