Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Perform servicing transactions in policy servicing functions to ensure quality delivery within target service pledge
  • Ensure proper handling and follow up of cases within agreed turn-around-time
  • Adhere to operating guidelines, work within their delegated authorities and meet departmental SLA targets.
  • Proactively collect feedback from clients / business partners to identify the area of improvement with proposed solutions
  • Handle & conduct thorough investigation for complicated cases / complaint cases from Customer Services Team / Other Internal Departments in accordance with internal and external guidelines
  • Support policy or operations related projects (including planning, providing requirements & testing) and ensure successful implementation
  • Contribute to ad-hoc activities e.g. UAT related to system enhancement or production problem fixing


Requirements

  • 2-5 years’ relevant experience in operations of individual life insurance industry, preferably in policy servicing area with knowledge of insurance products and operation processes.
  • Able to work independently under pressure and deal with difficult situations in a friendly manner
  • Good computer skills in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • University Degree
  • A holder of FLMI is preferable
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
