Job Summary
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Strategic Sales Management Professional to help to drive the organic growth for a global insurance company.
 
The function will be instrumental in driving the retail life distribution channel growth at Generali Hong Kong. You will be responsible for identifying strategic customer segments, forming new business partnerships and driving sales growth through well devised thematic campaigns and distribution plan.
 
This is a very dynamic business role, which you will need a very adaptable and creative mindset. In addition to having strong business acumen and industry knowledge, being data and digital savvy will be critical in order to lead a fact based transformative approach.

 
Main Responsibility
  • Develop and execute growth and sales strategy to ensure sustainable growth in O2O agency channel
  • Result optimization of campaigns, sales activities, agent assignments for both bancassurance and O2O agency channel
  • Sales data analysis to provide data insights for management’s decision-making
  • Strong stakeholder management of B2B2C Business Partners, vendors, sales team etc.
  • Manage and inspire a dedicated sales management team
 
Qualification Requirement
  • 8 – 10 years of sales development/ retail marketing experience
  • 5 - 7 years of insurance/ FI's business experience
  • Marketing agency or consulting experience is an added advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal ability and strong interpersonal skills
  • Degree holder in Marketing or Business related subjects preferred
