Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver training programs in area of IIQE and New Agent.
• Identify training needs with end-user, and continuously review/evaluate effectiveness of training solutions/methodologies.
• Maintain training records and prepare various kinds of training report.
• Coordinate with training vendors, internal teams / departments to explore and implement innovative training solutions in cope with business direction.
• Handle ad hoc projects assigned by the supervisor.

Requirement

• University degree holder
• 3 years or above experience in training / learning preferably in insurance industry is an advantage
• Able to work under high pressure and independently
• Self-motivated, well-organized with positive attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese, fluent Mandarin is preferable
