The role:
You will gain exposure to a wide range of opportunities in client servicing, operations, benefits consulting and business solutions
- Partner with consultants to provide analytical support on client insurance renewals (or projects) involving the design, claims, funding, pricing, implementation and management of Employee Benefits (EB)
- Participate in projects that help our clients manage EB plan risks
- Provide new and existing clients with best possible service in relation to support and administration of health and benefit solution.
- Manage all customer feedback ensuring every case is resolved and closed.
- Possess excellent communicational skills to convey, influence and persuade.
- Assist in defining administration standards and processes to be followed to ensure quality in undertaking tasks and producing deliverables.
- Support the integration, enhancement projects of WTW Flexible Benefits Solutions systems
- Work closely with our senior team members on pitch demo for our sales / client management team for client service delivery
The Requirements
- University graduate or equivalent
- Fresh Graduate, or less than 2 years of full time working experience
- Strong interpersonal, relationship building / relationship management skills
- High energy individual looking for a dynamic, growth oriented environment
- Flexibility and agility to work in an emerging market situation
- Being able to work well under pressure and tight timeline to meet client needs
- Effective written and verbal communication in English and Cantonese in a business context is essential. Fluent in Mandarin is a plus
