The client is a global prestigious Insurance Group, is now seeking a new headcount for District Insurance Specialist – Direct Sales / Bancassurance (HKD40k – 65k + Incentives) to join their team

Responsibilities:

• Design and drive the overall sales plan for the direct sales team to execute and achieve the quarter and annual sales target via sales campaign and other solution selling efforts
• Team up closely with the business partners to generate warm leads for the direct sales to close the cases among the retail chain.
• Manage & coach the direct sales team, utilize resources to achieve the team target
• Work with business partners to provide professional insurance services to customer through customer meetings
• Analyze customer’s personal financial situation and identity their needs and recommends insurance products to suit their needs
• Develop sales and marketing programs to drive sales
• Review and develop proper operation procedures in line with regulatory and compliance requirement
• Supervise the direct sales team and comply with company and regulatory guideline on all sales process
• Support on ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned
• Monitor the direct sales team result and generate report to management and business partners

Requirements:

• Diploma or above, University graduate is preferable
• Minimum 6 year’s practical sales experience in life insurance industry, relevant supervision experience is preferable
• Professional qualification of IIQAS (Paper 1 & 3; Paper 2 & 5 are preferable)
• Strong in motivating sales
• Extensive knowledge on insurance products and services
• Good presentation, interpersonal and selling skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage
