Job Description

Allianz Partners Hong Kong is a leading local B2B2C insurance solution provider, specialized in Automotive, Travel, Accident & Health, Critical Illness, VHIS, Appliance Protection, and Assistance products. Our partnerships include leading global and local brands, and span across automotive, tourism, airline, financial services / banking, and retail / eCommerce sectors.

This position plays a key strategic and tactical role providing steering for our key distribution partnerships, to position the company at the forefront of the retail insurance + assistance industry. Ensure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources. Develop and implement plans for profitable growth. Manage relationships positively whilst ensuring leadership obligations are met. Bring innovation and customer-centricity to the forefront of each of our strategic partnerships.

Accountabilities:

  • Strategic management of the end to end delivery of our Extended Warranties and Travel partnerships
  • Be the first point of contact in addressing and resolving all issues and opportunities within the partnerships
  • Responsible for account financial targets, including revenue growth and optimization of profitability
  • Identify and steer opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell Allianz products within each existing account.
  • Lead the management of key issues affecting relationships with business partners, and manage escalated complex client matters to ensure that the client’s expectations are met and the long term relationship with the client is strengthened.
  • Adhering to all relevant legal regulations applying to the businesses conducted by the company

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
  • Demonstrable experience in a Key Account Management role, with more than 3 years of experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, driving commercial opportunities and negotiation processes.
  • Strong ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with multiple stakeholders at all levels of the business and with external clients.
  • Solid attention to detail, and ability to analyze information to identify problems and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, with a strong ability to relate to a variety of people in a variety of situations
  • Results and customer orientation, including focus on ensuring that the expected levels of service are always delivered to clients and their customers and prospects at all times
