The Accounting Manager in Toby will be responsible for overall financial functions.  You will be given regional exposure as our business grows in Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore. 

Responsibilities

• Alert management any financial aspects at risks and offer solution
• Supervise an accounting team and prepare timely month end closing & reporting
• Managing proper accounting records and handle daily accounting duties including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and other ad-hoc assignments
• Responsible for overall financial functions for HK , Taiwan and China operations
• Manage budget, forecast, financial reports , management reports for analyzing operational results and report to management.

Requirements

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline with recognized professional qualification
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with relevant experience in E-commerce Company, is an advantage
• Good team player with a high degree of responsibility and a sense of cooperation
• Experience in Xero accounting system is an advantage  
• High proficiency in Excel is a must.
