Responsibilities

• Responsible for the Group’s annual/interim financial reporting, including but not limited to the preparation of Group’s consolidated accounts and subsidiaries’ financial statements
• Prepare cash flow forecast, budget, financial analysis and cost control of our property projects
• Manage and oversee daily accounting/finance functions
• Work closely with the Group’s overseas offices to tackle finance/accounting issues
• Liaise with external professionals to carry out annual/interim audits and tax reporting/planning/filing
• Perform ad hoc duties assigned as required

Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting/Finance with HKICPA/ACCA qualification
• At least 8 years of relevant experience with exposure in listed property developer, BIG-4 a plus
• Proven experience in consolidation, audit and people supervision
• Solid knowledge of relevant accounting standards, tax rules and regulations
• Independent, well-organized, self-motivated with excellent multi-tasking/communication/analytical skills, able to work well under pressure and interface with people at all levels
• Proficient in Excel and Word Processing
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Experience in Sun Accounting system is an advantage
