Purpose of the Job:

The incumbent will be responsible to handle full set of accounts and prepare different financial reports and analysis for management review.

• Handle full set of accounts and daily accounting operations, including receipt and payment transactions, book-keeping, general ledgers, bank reconciliation and balance sheet
• Prepare month end closing and financial reports, budget and forecasts
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insight for management review
• Ensure supplier invoices’ accuracy and compliance with all policies and procedures
• Liaise with customers and vendors for payment settlements and accounts reconciliation
• Liaise with auditors on audit matters
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines
• At least 3 years' relevant experiences in Accounting or Auditing; Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Accountant
• Finalist or Student Member or Member of ACCA/ HKICPA is an advantage
• Familiar with Oracle is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Excel (e.g. Vlookup, pivot table, sumif etc.)
• Detail-oriented with good organisation skill
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Good command of both English and Chinese
• Immediate availability is preferable
