We are currently looking for a Manager – Statutory Accounts to join our Finance and Accounting team in Hong Kong.

About This Role…

• Review and oversees the legal entity financial statement from each country
• Handle the Group’s multi-currency consolidation process
• Preparation, accurate reporting and filing of regulatory required financial reports, in compliance with IFRS
• Provide quality technical support to the group reporting team as it relates to group consolidation, including acquisition related activities.
• Research accounting issues, summarize pertinent material, identify impact and initiate recommendations/actions based on account review findings
• Oversees the transmission of financial statement audit requests and documentation between internal parties and external auditors for audit and tax queries
• Review and manage the balance sheet schedule, related company balance, and monthly reporting deck
• Set SOP and guidance of entity and group consolidation
• Manage the timetable and requirement with Corp
• Review the financial with management and Corp
• Follow up with the stakeholders for the acquisition/disposal related matters
• Support on a variety of ad-hoc projects as required

You might be a good fit if you have …

• Degree holding in Accountancy or equivalent
• Qualify accountant (big 4 is preferrable)
• 6-7 year of working experience in consolidation, with 3-4 years with listed companies
• Good knowledge of IFRS, and experienced in statutory and tax compliance
• Able to work independently under pressure and stress timeline
• Excellent communicator and collaborator
• Experiences in Oracle and other ERP system is a plus
