Responsibilities

• Responsible for consolidation accounting (both IFRS & PRC GAAP), management account for subsidiaries and associated companies.
• Assist in month end closing, and prepare accounting schedules, statutory returns and monthly management reports.
• Prepare and check daily accounting transactions including bank reconciliation, accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger.
• Responsible for tax management and accounting, familiar with Hong Kong tax rules.
• Liaise with auditors for audit matters of the Hong Kong companies.
• Handling ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree holder preferably in Accounting, finance or related discipline, qualified accountant or finalist.
• CPA with auditing background is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years’ working experience in an all rounded accounting function.
• Strong financial accounting background, knowledgeable in IFRS, PRC GAAP and external audit experience is preferred.
• Experience in SAP will be an asset.
• Strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently and under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Excel Tableau and Chinese word processing.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Candidates with less experience may be considered as Accounting Assistant.
