- Manage all accounting functions, including oversee daily accounting operation, management reports, budget and forecast
- Involve and monitor project financial management/performance and participate in project review and control
- Supervise a small team to oversee daily accounting works
- Coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties to facilitate daily accounting operations
- Assist in reviewing contracts, agreements and provide financial advice to the Group
- Assist in month-end and year-end reports, coordinating internal and external audit requests
- Assist to maintain internal control system and accounting system such as SAP
- Perform ad-hoc assignments as assigned
- Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
- Member of HKICPA or ACCA or equivalent professional bodies
- Minimum 6 years of accounting experience with 3 years as supervisor
- Experience in construction industries and accounting practice is a plus
- Good literacy of SAP system. Previous exposure to ERP is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office specially in Excel e.g. Pivot table, V-lookup is a must
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Strong leadership, time management, interpersonal and communication skills
- Mature, independent, analytical, well organized, responsible and able to work under pressure
- Willing to work overtime and to meet tight deadline
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
