Responsibilities:

• Manage and control daily accounting operations
• Prepare monthly financial reports and internal management review reports, such as, income statement, bank book, AR/AP reports, cash flow statement, expense analysis report, fixed asset register.
• Monitor outstanding balance of AR and AP, and follow up for settlement
• Assist on forecasting and budgeting, annual audit, financial analysis and ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above with diploma/certificate in accounting or related disciplines with LCCI level
• A team player with good communication and interpersonal skill
• Well-organized and self-motivated with a can-do attitude
• Well-versed in Outlook, computerized Accounting System and MS Office, especially for Excel and Word
• Immediate available is a definite advantage
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Accounts Clerk
