Are you experienced in invoicing/Accounts Receivable (AR) matters in a large law firm in Hong Kong and seeking to join a high performing accounting and finance team at a top-tier international law firm?

This role will enhance your career path with regional exposure, supporting the Regional Director of Accounting & Finance.

YOU WILL

• Ensure all relevant matters are set up appropriately for billing processes
• Prepare invoices using 3E Elite (firm-wide accounting system)
• Liaise with head office and support lawyers and/or with clients on various billing, accounts receivable support enquiries
• Maintain up-to-date client/matter database and manage the client account activities or solving their issues
• Assist in any ad-hoc projects assigned by Supervisor / Accounting Manager

YOU ARE

• A graduate with a diploma/degree in Accounting/Finance or relevant discipline; final level or qualified ACCA or CPA will be an advantage
• 3-5 years' relevant experience with law firm background and experience with 3E Elite accounting systems is preferred
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Well-organized with good interpersonal skills
• Detail-minded, reliable and able to work under pressure
