Major Responsibilities

• Prepare financial analytics of customers credit exposure for management review and business decisions
• Work in close collaboration with sales department to ensure adherence to Group financial policies and guidelines
• Prepare AR Report with Reconciliation and Analysis
• Actively liaise with clients on outstanding debts
• Monitor daily cash flow on Treasury Operations
• Assist to handle Banking Facilities and Bank Account Management
• Assist to make process improvement for Credit Insurance, Trade Facilities and Month End Closing
• Support the continuous improvement of workflow and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting
• 3-4 years of solid experience in Treasury, AP and AR
• Professional Knowledge on Excel especially for Power Query and Power Pivot
• Working knowledge in SAP is an advantage
• Proactive, self-motivated, and aggressive
• Willing to learn and work under pressure
• Fresh Graduate can be considered as Treasury Management Officer
