Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Monitor accounts and payments from customers worldwide, watch out for signs of fraudulent practice and identify account potential problem accounts
- Conduct dunning of the company's key accounts
- Periodically monitor the performance of the Group companies to ensure the outstanding are followed up efficiently to prevent overdue outstanding
- Liaise with both external/ internal parties on the customer disputes and settlement negotiation to prevent potential bad debt
- Monitor the performance of team, supervise, coach and train the team members by assisting the manager
- Liaison on legal issues
- Prepare reports/analyses/presentations for management review
- Perform ad-hoc assignment as required by supervisor
Requirements:
- Tertiary education in Accounting or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in AR/Credit Control in Freight Forwarding industry is highly preferred
- Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Proficiency in MS Office applications especially PowerPoint, and Chinese input
- Solid experience in SAP system is essential
- Good leadership, analytical and communications skills
- Responsible, independent and able to work under pressure
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Credit Control Manager
