Your role

• Assist in generating and distributing invoices and statements of account to the appropriate customers ensuring that all figures are accurate
• Assist in generating and providing periodic accounting reports to management
• Assist with the day-to-day vendor invoices and related documents
• Handle accounts receivable, accounts payable and bank reconciliation in compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Coordinate with the Group's overseas offices for daily finance operations
• Assist financial reporting, breakdowns and analysis of intercompany accounts
• Assist in internal and external audits
• Maintain proper documentation of financial records and reports
• Assist in supporting general administrative office work and HR functions
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

To succeed in this role

• Diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent 
• Minimum 2 years working of accounting experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and/or Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
• Experience in IT/Digital technology/Digital Marketing environment is advance
