Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting Studies or equivalent
• 3-4 years working experience in handling full set of accounts
• Previous experience in trading company is highly preferred
• Experience in month-end closing and intercompany transactions
• Detail-minded, adaptable, well-organized and good team player
• Good command of spoken and written English & Mandarin
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel and accounting software
• Immediate available is highly preferred

Job Responsibilities

• Provide support on all aspects of financial accounts and full set of books
• Handle the smooth operation of AP/AR functions and intercompany transactions
• Responsible for bank reconciliation and managing daily bank transactions
• Perform month-end closing and prepare cashflow report & accounting schedules
• Preparation of financial reports and assist in budgeting & year-end audit
