Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily accounting operation including A/R, payment processing and voucher input.
- Handle full set of Accounts for small-sized subsidiary companies
- Prepare accounting reports such as month-end and year-end closing, schedules
- Liaise with PRC team to facilitate report.
- Liaise with Auditor for year-end audit
- Assist in preparing some consolidated reports for the Group.
Requirement:
- Advanced Diploma in accounting or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in sizeable group company
- Good command of both written and conversational English & Mandarin
- Proficient in PC operations: MS Word, Excel
- Well organized and independent, able to work as team player and complete the tasks with tight deadline, flexible to work in dynamic working environment
- Immediate available is an advantage
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Accounts Clerk
