Responsibilities

• Handle both financial and management accounting in relation to accounts receivable and revenue booking
• Actively involved in debt collection activities, including issuance of monthly accounts statements, recording settlement, reconciling sales and receipts, handling claims and dispute invoices etc
• Liaise with both internal and external parties for invoices and customers-related issues
• Assist in customer credit assessment and closely monitor accounts receivable to minimize potential bad debts
• Assist in preparing various weekly and monthly reports, such as aging analysis, bad debt provision, Top 20 customer analysis and other financial analysis for management review
• Alert Management for potential issues on credit control and recommend appropriate actions to improve credit performance and operational efficiency
• Perform ad-hoc assignment as required

Job Requirements

• Higher diploma or Degree holder in Accounting or related fields
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in freight forwarding industry is preferred
• Proficiency in computer skills, in particular MS Office Excel
• Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Organized, proactive, detail-minded, analytical and willing to learn
