Responsibilities:

As a finance associate joining a high-paced and fast-growing EdTech startup, we are looking for someone who can quickly adapt and take ownership of tasks at hand. With exciting growth of the company, we are looking for a passionate individual who is ready to apply their financial know-how to a unique business.

Your responsibilities will include working closely with management of the business on finance related initiatives and tasks within the organisation. You have wide-ranging experience from product pricing to invoices and are eager to apply it to a meaningful business. Financial experience in an established firm is a plus.

You will:

• Prepare various business targets and reports to facilitate management decision making
• Assist in financial reporting & forecasting
• Investigate, find and correct financial discrepancies
• Participate in implementing new finance systems and projects
• Work closely with the business on product pricing
• Participate in cost management and budgeting
• Manage and handle invoicing.

Requirements:

• 4-8 years of experience in finance related roles
• Degree or qualification holder in accounting, finance or related discipline
• Strong excel skills and familiar in designing financial systems
• Proficient in powerpoint
• English fluency, business Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus.
