Your role:

• Effectively and quickly respond and resolve customer's questions, requests and concerns by live chat
• Ensuring that the customers receive exceptional support from start-to-finish
• Increase customer satisfaction through providing friendly and professional customer support
• Escalate critical issues to the appropriate internal team for investigation
• Perform daily settlement operations on crypt trading
• Handle day-end procedures and daily reconciliation
• Prepare daily and monthly settlement reports and statements to management

We look for:

• 1-3 years settlement or client service experience in financial front office, online payments, cryptocurrency, foreign exchange trading, etc is an advantage
• Strong work ethic and accountability
• Service-oriented mind, committed, positive
• Multi-tasker and quick learner
• Able to work under pressure with time constraint
• Proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese and English communication (verbal & writing)
• Willing to work on different shift and public holidays
• Over-night shift is highly preferred, also welcome to apply for day shift (please indicated in the cover letter / CV / Resume)
