Responsibilities:

• Report to Financial Controller
• Handle full set of accounts and financial reports, including general ledger accounting entries and preparing accounting schedules etc
• Prepare monthly management reports
• Assist budgeting and forecasting
• Coordinate and participate in annual audit and tax computation
• Outdoor banking transaction is occasionally required
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder in accounting or above
• Min. 2 years of relevant experiences  
• Able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation and able to work independent 
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Immediately available is a plus
• Knowledge in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks)
