Job Description

• Fully responsible to daily operation of A/C Department in Hong Kong, China and Overseas Group Companies (including but not limited to Singapore, European Countries);
• Update financial record and prepare management account for management;
• Prepare cash flow forecast for Group Companies;
• Prepare annual budget and monitor budgetary control;
• Monitor daily workflow according to company policies;
• Assist and give financial advice to management for new project development;
• Negotiate with banker for bank facilities;.
• Liaise Auditor in company Secretarial records and trade mark registration;
• Occasional travel to overseas office is required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree holder in Accounting or related discipline;
• 3 years' experience in retail industry is preferable;
• Good command in both written & spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
• Sound organizational skills and attentive to details;
• Pleasant personality, Mature, Independent;
• Good MS skills, particularly in Excel;
• Immediately available preferred
