We experience rapid expansion and are looking for Talents in our Accounting team to fill our newly created headcounts:

The Job- What you will be working on

• Handle daily, monthly & annual accounting functions such as (but not limited to)
  • Accounts Payable (internal invoice approval, posting, purchase orders, internal reimbursements, liaise with vendors, debit notes, monthly checks)
  • Accounts Receivable (internal invoice approval, posting, invoicing, debit/credit notes, reminders, sales orders, liaise with customers, monthly checks)
  • Asset (capitalization of tangible/intangible assets, stocktaking, depreciation & amortization run, impairment test)
  • Inventory (stocktaking, posting, depreciation & amortization run, impairment test)
  • Payments and Financing (posting, cash, deposits, cheques, telegraphic transfer, L/C, loans, providing bank slips)
  • Support preparation of group financial statements (postings, reconciliation, consolidation)
• Administrative tasks (e.g., scanning & archiving accounting documents)
• Prepare monthly reporting package according to internal standard and preparing annual Financial Statements
• Ensure all that internal accounting processes are conducted in compliance with group policy
• Review work of accounting clerks
• Raise hand whenever compliance & financial risks are detected
• Participate in adopting new accounting standards
• Participate in accounting projects, e.g., integrating new accounting systems, business development
• Support fulfilling annual audit and tax filing duties

 The Person

• Degree in Accountancy / Finance or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience;
• Experience in a sourcing, manufacturing or retail company would be of advantage
• Experience in issuing L/Cs would be of advantage
• Able to use a common accounting software (MS Dynamics would be of advantage)
• Good command in MS Excel is necessary
• Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
• Highly sensitive for integrity and confidentiality regarding company information
• Self-motivated to improve processes and keen to acquire new skills
• Hand-on and fairness-orientated team mentality
• Extraordinary keen to meet reporting dates and accomplish company goals
• High awareness for identifying, avoiding, and preventing financial risks
• Communicative & capable of conflict in a sympathetic manner
• Open to work in an international environment
• Immediately available is preferred.
