Job Description
- 5 passes in HKCEE / HKDSE including English or equivalent
- LCC Intermediate accounting
- Minimum 4 years' relevant working experience, preferably in estate management companies or related industry
- Handle full sets of book-keeping for management fund accounts
- Generate debit notes / reminders / receipts from billing system
- Prepare vouchers, cheques, bank balances and time deposits
- Checking daily carpark collection and prepare monthly carpark statement
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office with knowledge in Oracle system an added advantage
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
