Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily clerical support for the Department, including document filing, data entry, scanning, etc
  • Conduct payment processes and liaise with Vendors or relevant departments regarding payment and expense claim
  • Assist in month end and year end closing
  • Perform ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor from time to time
Requirements:
  • Form 5 or above with LCCI
  • Minimum 1 year related working experience
  • Proficiency in MS office application and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Self-motivated and willing to learn couple with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good in spoken & written English & Chinese, including Putonghua
  • Fresh graduate is welcome
  • Immediate available is preferred
