Job Description
Artmax is a Hong Kong-based Office with investment operations worldwide. The investment operations span across most investable asset classes, including equities, credit, derivatives, private equity, infrastructure, agriculture, and real estate.
We are looking for a high calibre professional to join our Finance and Accounts team. The incumbent will provide accounting support across the Group, with key responsibilities and requirements summarized as follows:
Responsibilities
- Perform full set of accounts including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger and month-end reports
- Prepare accounting vouchers, payment schedules, bank reconciliation, forecast and annual budget
- Assist in annual audit and tax computation
- Responsible for the preparation of management reports, financial reports and various analysis
- Co-ordinate and liaise with IT service provider and other stakeholders for the ERP system implementation
- Perform any ad hoc assignments as assigned
Requirement
- Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related discipline with recognized professional qualifications
- Minimum 8 years’ relevant working experience
- Trustworthy, discreet in handling confidential information
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize tasks efficiently
- Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment with emphasis on accuracy and timelines
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in Microsoft office. Experienced in Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Accountant
- Immediate available is preferred
