Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts and have PRC experience
• Prepare the monthly consolidated financial statements and analysis for management review
• Prepare accounting schedules, reconciliation and follow up outstanding matters
• Provide support for annual audit, tax computation and prepare reporting package for external auditors
• Assist in interim and annual reporting
• Perform any other ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Accounting or equivalent or related disciplines
• 3 - 5 years’ relevant experience with property experience
• HKICPA/ACCA qualification is a plus
• Proactive, well organized and able to meet tight deadline
• Good team player with strong sense of responsibility
• Good PC skills especially proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Experience in Property Industry
• Immediate available is preferred
