Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of full set of accounting records and accounting matters
• Review /Prepare the daily routines of designated companies
• Assist in the group consolidation
• Liaise with auditors for issuance of annual audited financial statements and reports
• Ensure the integrity of all the numbers in all books of accounts
• Drive initiatives in finance and accounting system implementation and/or upgrade
• Work closely with supervisor in planning the resource for all accounting aspects
• Write up the standard of procedures (“SOP”) of the accounting routines, treatments and application of IFRS/accounting standards
• Support for all ad hoc assignments

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree Holder or above in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
• 2 years or above working experience in finance and accounting
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for junior positions. Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Hand-on experience of accounting system and other financial systems
• Team player with ability to work under multi-tasking environment
• Strong analytic and organizational skills
• Good communication skills, positive attitude and well-organized
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Experiences in Hong Kong Property Industry is preferred
• Immediately available is highly preferred
