Responsibilities:

• Ability to manage a team 
• Responsible for month-end closing and financial reports
• Consolidate the group financial reports
• Responsible for financial planning and analysis
• Handle cash management and bank facilities for the group
• Lead the finance and accounting team on all reporting’s and oversee financial control and processes
• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, banks, lawyers and consultant
• Responsible for company secretary function

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance / Accounting or related disciplines
• Member of recognized professional accounting bodies (HKICPA/ACCA)
• 6 - 8 years working experience in retail industry
• At least 2 years work experience in an audit firm
• Solid in ERP system implementation
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good team player, time management, communication and presentation skills
• Immediately available is a plus
