Responsibilities:

• Process daily AP operation
• Prepare payments and keep track of expenditures
• Process month-end closing and reconciliations on Accounts Payable and Inventory
• Provide support and coordinate with the operation & business teams across overseas offices 
• Respond to all vendor & stakeholders’ enquiries
• Handle month-end closings, prepare monthly aging reports and other AP analysis, financial reporting, and reconciliation
• Take up ad hoc assignment or projects

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting with at least 3 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable
• JD Edwards and/or SAP experience is an advantage
• Knowledge of trading company accounting, manufacturing accounting experience is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Word & Excel, Powerpoint & Chinese word processing
• A responsible and self-motivated individual with good communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Positive mindset, passionate, good team player & possess good communication skills
• Immediate available is preferred
