Job Responsibilities:

•    Handle daily cash receipts and payments and prepare bank reconciliations
•    Prepare daily treasury reports, bank reconciliations, vouchers, etc.
•    Handle month-end closings and other general accounting work
•    Assist to prepare full set accounts and accounting schedules for monthly report and interim/annual audit
•    Assist supervisor in preparing various management accounts, breakdowns and reporting packages
•    Perform any ad-hoc projects and assignments as required
•    Outdoor work to banks and travel occasionally by request

Job Requirements:

•    Diploma or above, major in accounting or finance
•    At least 2-4 years' experience, preferably with concrete experience in HK listed company
•    Exposure in PRC accounting is an advantage
•    Good knowledge in MS Office application and Chinese word processing
•    Good command on both written and spoken English and Mandarin
•    Excellent attitude, well organized, attentive to details
•    Able to work independently with strong analytical mind
•    Proactive, problem-solving and strong team player are essential attributes
•    Candidates with less experiences will be welcomed and considered as Accounting Assistant (Fresh graduate is also welcomed.) 
•    Immediate available is highly preferred
