Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for timely and accurate production of monthly consolidation reporting package to ensure the compliance of IFRS standards and Group policies
• Prepare timely management reports and analyse business performance
• Prepare annual financial budget, quarterly forecast and comparative analysis
• Act as business partner to provide recommendations to other functions
• Review Tenancy Contract
• Liaise and work with external parties in preparation of the group and local year-end statutory accounts and tax filing documents
• Provide support in the data interface from operation system to management report systems for new financial system implementation
• Support financial planning process and ad-hoc business analytical requirements
• More experience will be considered as "Assistant Manager"

Requirements:

Education level

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines, preferably with recognised accounting qualification

Experience

• At least 5 years of solid accounting experience, and minimum 3 years in financial planning & analysis / Management accounting; retail industry experience is preferred

Skills required

• Able to work under pressure and independently and meet tight deadlines
• Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, graphical)
• Strong analytical, problem solving, quantitative and modelling skills
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel & MS Powerpoint

Language ability

• Good command in English and Mandarin
