What you’ll be doing?
What you’ll be doing?
- Responsible for financial and accounting reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, cash flow management etc.
- Supervisory daily accounting operations including AP & AR, electronic payment arrangement, bank reconciliation and daily operations independently
- Supervisory for staff expense reimbursement, petty cash, handling of cheque payment, etc
- Perform month-end and year-end closing in accordance with the deadline
- Analyze financial information and provide added value to management decision
- Work closely with management to develop performance measurements
- Develop and maintain proper accounting controls and procedures of the company
- Perform tax computation and handle tax filing
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax guidelines and other statutory laws and regulations
- Preparing necessary reports or analyses for management purpose as required
- Assist in systems implementation and enhancement
- Engage in ad hoc projects or analysis
What are we looking for?
- Degree in Accounting with minimum 5 years relevant working experience in accounting and audit
- Qualified Member of HKICPA, ACCA, AICPA or equivalent is highly preferable but not necessary
- Proficient in PC applications and MS Office especially in MS Excel
- Able to work flexibly in a fast-paced team environment and with strong sense of responsibility
- Able to work under pressure and independently
- Able to meet tight deadline
- Good communication and presentation skills,
- Fluent in written & spoken English
- Matured, confident, energetic and willing to learn
- Immediate available is highly preferable
- 5-days week work, 09:00-18:30
