Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts including affiliated companies
- Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements, financial analysis, cashflow and profit forecast
- Conduct month-end & year-end closing, annual audit/tax computations, and liaise with auditors and banks on regular basis
- Handle AR/AP and other daily accounting operations
- Manage HR duties such as payroll, MPF, taxation, staff leave, medical insurance and other HR related matters
- Provide basic support for general administration
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree Holder in Accounting with CPA qualification
- At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience in medium size company, preferably media business related
- Detail-oriented, wellness organization, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to work in multi-task environment
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and accounting software
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Immediately available is preferred
