Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle general accounting clerical duties
- Assist in company secretarial works
- Perform daily accounting operations including vouchers preparation, payments & reconciliation, etc.
- Liaise with internal and external parties for overall accounting operations.
- Handle ad-hoc assignments as required
- Diploma in Accounting Studies or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of accounting and book keeping
- Basic knowledge of company secretarial works
- A minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience or above
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (Fluent Putonghua is preferred)
- Proficiency in computer, good Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
- Mature and responsible
- Be able to work independently and under pressure
