Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts and month end closing
• Perform daily accounting duties including AR, AP, GL, Fixed assets, expense claims, invoices and arranging payments
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly cash / bank positions.
• Manage overall accounting functions and support in financial analysis, budgeting and cash flow forecast to provide accurate financial reports on time
• Reconciliation of bank accounts and the records of inventory in third parties
• To ensure the assets to be valuable, periodical report, such overdue AR, slow moving and over stocks, and fix assets, etc.
• To establish and Implement SOP to ensure internal control system to be workable for reducing the risk of and the working flow is efficient and effective
• Liaise with Wholesales Team on customer accounts and collections where required and stores, respective departments, suppliers and bankers on accounting operations
• Handle and maintain petty cash and expenses for Office, retail shops and counters.
• Support all finance relevant functions and ad-hoc projects.

Requirements: 

• University Degree in Accounting & Finance or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 5 years relevant hands-on working experience
• Full set accounting experience with trading/retail company background is highly preferred
• Mature, willing to take initiative and able to work under pressure
• A team player with good people skills, detail-oriented and value work deadlines
• Good knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Accounting systems and Chinese Word Processing will be an advantage 
• Excellent communication skills, good command of spoken and written skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
