Responsibilities

• Prepare client report, internal and regulatory accounts
• Perform fund valuation and net asset value reconciliation
• Prepare accounting entries and fee schedules for schemes and funds.
• Prepare the valuation report and ensure that all transactions and pricings are correctly updated in accounting system and calculate the net asset value per unit for funds.
• To ensure subscription and redemption records are properly updated in the system
• Handle enquiries from fund manager in an efficient manner
• Adhere to the operating procedures and agreed services standard, and comply with company requirements / regulatory requirements
• Participate in user acceptance test for system enhancements

Requirements

• Form 7 or above, LCC Higher and preferably university graduate
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in fund accounting and fund administration.  
• Good knowledge in finance and accounting and able to prepare financial statement
• Strong in MS Excel and MS Word
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
