• Prepare and ensure month-end, interim and annual financial closing and reporting processes with good quality in a timely manner
• Assist in the preparation of interim and annual results announcements and statutory reports
• Prepare sub-consolidation pack and review monthly group consolidation reports and other regular management reports
• Liaise with external auditors and taxation matters
• Review internal controls and improve overall efficiency of finance functions
• Perform ad-hoc financial management tasks and duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• CPA or equivalent qualification is preferred
• Minimum 3 years of audit and/or accounting experience from CPA firms and/or financial accounting team in listed companies
• Solid experience in preparation of group consolidation and financial reporting
• Sound knowledge in HKFRS and other financial reporting requirements relevant for a  Hong Kong listed company;
• Excellent multi-tasking skills
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese / Mandarin)
• Able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in MS office applications
