Job Description
What effort do you need to make?

- Assist daily accounting operations, including but not limited to prepare payments, accounting schedules, bank reconciliation, register invoices received from clients and suppliers in company’s systems
- Prepare reimbursement and payments to clients and providers
- Maintain proper filing system
- The employment will be on 1-year contract basis with opportunity to extend or change to permanent
- Higher Diploma or above in any disciplines
- Minimum 1 years’ relevant working experience in sizable companies is preferable
- Familiar with accounting software (Sage AccPac) is highly preferable
- Willing to learn and able to work under a dynamic environment, with strong emphasis on team work
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- Fresh graduate is welcomed
