Job Description
- To drive company-wide strategic business initiatives (e.g., business and operational transformation, product and service enhancements, regulatory changes, etc);
- To identify new opportunities for business growth, operational transformation, product and service enhancements and provide recommendations to senior management;
- To develop business cases and operationalize new strategic business initiatives;
- To lead internal, market and competitor analytics to support various strategic initiatives;
- To manage internal and external stakeholders’ expectations and communications for smooth implementation; and
- This position is as Manager for internal title.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business, Accounting, Finance or related disciplines;
- A minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience in insurance business, consulting or financial institutions;
- Familiar with or prior experience in building business model is an advantage;
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Strong business acumen with excellent problem-solving, analytical and influencing skills;
- Responsible, open-minded and proactive; and
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
