Job Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting operations include billing process;
• Prepare bank reconciliation;
• Handle and verify cash transactions;
• Prepare and maintain records on receipts, payments and journals;
• Assist in handling full set of accounting books and monthly financial statement preparation;
• Ensure proper filing of accounting documents;
• Perform other duties and ad hoc reports as required

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in accounting;
• Proficiency in MS Word & Excel;
• Analytical, well organized, detailed minded, able to meet tight deadlines and good problem solving skills;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a good team player;
• Fresh graduate is also welcome.
