Our Group was established in Hong Kong in 2006, primarily as an importer of Iberico ham under the brand Pata Negra House.  We create, select and distribute the very finest of Spanish and French gastronomy to premium retailers and renowned hotels and restaurants.  We also operate retail outlets under the brands Pata Negra House, Summum Iberico, Tapas Box and Le Gourmet.

In order to cope with our rapid expansion, we are currently looking to hire an Accounting and Administration Manager to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversees accounting and office administrative duties: IT, stationary, insurance, licensing etc.
• Maintain full set of Management Accounts and records.
• Monitor Cash Flow, AR, AP and company financial status.
• Analyse the financial condition and improve the process of cash flow, budget forecast, cost control and tax planning.
• Check and analyse finance report, prepare consolidated report if necessary.
• Lead the implementation and daily monitoring of our new ERP System, controlling users’ profile and login access.
• Supervise our sales data entry in our system.
• Prepare detailed financial analysis per business unit.
• Optimize the efficiency and cost of the accounting department.

• Bachelor degree holder or above in Accounting or related disciplines.
• Proficiency in Accounting software, good computer knowledge and MS Excel is a MUST.
• A minimum of 5 years of solid experience in trading or F&B industry is preferred.
• Knowledge in ISO implementation will be an advantage.
• Experience in ERP & POS system will be an advantage.
• Can do attitude, with a strong drive to task completion.
• Able to work under pressure with multi-tasking skills to meet tight deadline.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
